The location offers direct access to the sea and is about 250 ,metres distant from the next beach and also offers easy access to 4 other Coda Cavallo white sandy beaches (Cala Brandinchi, Salina Bamba, Salinedda and Coda Cavallo) and is 7km north of the popular seaside community of San Teodoro, for Shopping, Dinning and Entertainment. The Villa is available Biweekly from September to the end of June (Weekly On Request) and Monthly for July and August (Biweekly On Request).

The Villa is divided as following:

There is a big living area with sea view. Further more there is: a double bedroom with double bed and own bathroom with shower; another double bedroom with two single beds, and a double bedroom with double bed. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.

In another wing of the Villa there is: a double bedroom with double bed and own bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with double bed and own bathroom with shower and a third bedroom with a frenchbed - so a smaller bed, which is suitable for one person - which has also an own bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden.

In the Souterrain there is a double bedrooms with double bed and own bathroom with shower and another double bedroom with two single beds and own bathroom with shower. These two bedrooms are a bit separated from the main part of the Villa and suitable also for staff and service persons, which may are travelling with families.
