This beautiful Villa is a typical tuscan style countryside home, it is placed on the hills between Siena and Florence and it is just a few minutes away from many interesting artistical, historical and cultural places such as San Gimignano, Volterra., Monteriggioni.

The property is sourroundend by a wonderful garden with well manteined grass land full of flowers.

The pool 14x 10 mt has hydromassage and is furnished with a gazebo and daybeds ideal place to rest after a swim. Ping-Pong table table tennis is avaiable outside in the garden.

At ground floor : Entering there is a study with a desk, on the left there is a small and charming living room with sofas and fireplace.The consecutive room after the study is another living room with upholstered sofas and Tv.

A large dining room with a table which 16 guests can seat. A functional kitchen all equipped with refrigerator,freezer, double ovens, dishwasher, firaplace and a door who leeds to the wonderful veranda where there is big table for 30 guests,with an extraordinary view on the tuscan hills.

At ground floor there are also a double bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower.

At first floor: A small living room with sofas and tv is welcoming the guests coming downstairs.

Further there are 1 double bedroom with twin beds, 1 bathroom with hydromassage shower, 1 double bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower., 1 double bedroom with double bed , 1 bathroom with jacuzzi tub., 1 double bedroom with twin beds, 1 batroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with double bed with two windows, 1 bathroom with "impero" syle tube, 1 double bed room "Alcova" with double bed with tents, 1 bathroom with hydromassage tub.

On the pigeon floor: there are 1 double bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom with shower .All bedrooms are finely decorated and superbely furnished.

Outside there is the wonderful pool with a gazebo with upholstered cushions, refrigerator and sun umbrellas, daybeds.

In the villa there is also a small fiitness area with sauna, cyclette and 2 bathrooms with showers.

In case of exceeding 16 people , the villa, can be rented with a dependance annex where 10 guests can be accomodated. So the total property become for 26 people.

In the price are included 3 hours daily cleaning of the house. On request Personal cook, and dinner or any meals.
