This beautiful Villa is located in the Chianti area, only about 4 Km distant from Castellina in Chianti. It is a beautiful small Hotel, managed by the family, which lives also in the Villa. There is no common kitchen for the use of the guests. Instead: the owners run a small restaurant at the groundfloor of the Villa exclusively for the guests.
The Villa is divided as following: There are 6 beautifully arranged double bedrooms with double bed, each with his own bathromm. Five oft the bedrooms are on the first fllor, one is on the ground floor. Three of the bedrooms on the first floor have exit to the balcony, one has a private terrace and one with whirlpool has a Loggia. Five of the bedrooms have a bathroom with shower, one has a bathroom with bathtub.
On the ground floor is the Reception and the Restaurant with fireplace and a beautiful terrace in front of the Villa. In the garden of the Villa there is a 7x14 metres large swimming pool in a beautiful position.
It is an ideal place for up to 12 guests, who want to pass a beautiful vacation, not far from Siena and Florence, appreciating the cooking and housekeeping services of the very kind owners.
