Villa Tolani is a stone farmhouse built on the hills of the town of Guardistallo, 10 persons

The villa is located in the hilly landscape of Tuscany, close to Guardistallo and about 14 Km distant from the coast but also some of the most beautiful cities in Tuscany like San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca, Pisa are not too far and can be visited on a half day trip or day trip.

The beauty of the Tuscan countryside, combined with refined interior decor, makes this Villa so homely. An approx. 1 km long entrance over an not tarred street leads to the house.

Villa Tolani counts five bedrooms, each with private bathroom.
There is a spacious lounge/dining room with fireplace, a second smaller lounge with fireplace, a dining room and a full equipped kitchen.

It is certain that the outdoor porch with its large table, barbecue area and swimming pool (10x5 meters), is just perfect for evenings spent with friends.

Water consumption: In case of water problems in the area the Society could fix a limit of water consumption considered included. Over this limit the consumption will be an extra cost to be paid at the end of the holiday period at the price 5,00 €/m3. We will calculate a sufficient amount of water to cover normal consumption for a normal holiday stay. This is to avoid water wastage.

Additional services per person: 25 Euro per hour (form Monday to Saturday form 08 am to 5pm), 35 Euro per hour (Sunday, holiday days, after 5 pm)

Final cleaning: 180 Euro

Cleaning: Last day cleaning it’s compulsory. If people stay in a villa more then 1 week they can choose if they want cleaning of the villa included change of the bed linen and towels during the stay at the same price as final cleaning or just change of bed linen and towels at 10 Euro per guest.
