This beautiful Villa has been recently restored, is located in the Val di Chiana, offering a meraviglious view into the valley and offers a very high standard and a maximum of comfort to th guests.

The Villa is divided in two buildings: there is a main house and a dependance.

The main house is divided as following:

On the groundfloor there is a well equipped kitchen with a fireplace, dishwasher and microwave and a nice dining table. There is a beautiful living room with fireplace and another dining table and a piano. There is further more a tv-room and a separate WC.

On the first floor there is a another smaller living area with fireplace a double bedroom with double bed and own bathroom with shower, another double bedroom with single beds and own bathroom with shower. There is finally a third double bedroom with double bed and own bathroom with bathtub with hydromassage and a separate shower.

The annex building is divided as following:

There is another very well equipped kitchen wit fireplace, dishwasher, microwave and a separate WC. Further more there is a double bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and a second double bedroom with two single beds with bathroom with shower.

There is a further more, reached by using a separate entrance a steam bath. There are at least 10 flatscreen sat-tvs in the Villa and the house is completely air conditioned and also equipped with wifi-internet-connection.


Being located not far from Arezzo, about 40 Km distant from Siena and about an hour drive distant from Florence, the Villa offers best conditions to excursions in Tuscany. The beauty of the place, the wide view into the valley and the peaceful atmorsphere of this place offer best conditions for a beautiful stay in Tuscany Italy.
