The Villa is divided into 2 apartments which were rented only together.
The main level consists of 3 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilette, living and dinning area, a well equipped kitchen and a panoramic veranda that leads to a front yard swimming pool.
On the second floor there is another apartment with kitchen, 2 bedrooms with twin beds, 1 bedroom with bunk bed and 2 bathrooms.
From the veranda you have a separate access to the garden.
