Set in private, gated grounds, this Villa is a highly exclusive, stunning ground floor villa, newly renovated and highly contemporary yet at the same time totally traditional in old Tuscan stone. With large private lawns the property emanates peace and tranquillity. Panoramic sliding glass veranda doors on all sides and the slightly elevated position let you enjoy fantastic views over the surrounding valley, while a lovely pool with central spa bath feature is set away in the private stone walled courtyard.
Ground floor: living area – fireplace lounge, dining area, kitchen area with gas hob, electric oven, microwave ,fridge freezer, dishwasher. Main dining table seats comfortably 6 guests. Glass sliding veranda doors on all sides.
Off ground floor garden side: Master double bedroom, hallway leading into private shower room. Glass veranda sliding doors to garden on both sides of the bedroom. Feature fireplace.
Off ground floor pool side hallway leads to: Twin/Double bedroom with ensuite shower room; Double/twin bedroom with private shower room. Both with glass veranda sliding doors on to garden.
Accessibility: Villa on one floor. Ground floor living area all on one level. No internal steps.
Exteriors: Courtyard furnished with cushioned rattan furniture. Pool solarium with sunbeds, sun umbrellas. Pool solarium is directly accessible from French windows from the villa. Pool and garden are all lit up at night. Panoramic dining area under rear portico. Paved stone courtyard, olive trees and flowering beds, extensive lawns on 3 sides of the house.
NB: On a note for children:
The spacious indoor ground floor areas offer great floor space for children to play and given the proximity of the pool to the house they can be kept instantly in view although as always children need to be watched.
Swimming pool: open 1/5 – 1/10. . Private pool with central spa bath feature 5 x 4m. Depth 90cm – 1m approx. In the case of good weather the pool may be opened earlier. During the low season it may be opened at a supplement. The pool is not heated.
The Villa is located closer to a power pole, what is mentioned for highly sensible persons. Generally this does not disturb the beautiful atmosphere of the Villa.
