Villa Tacitus is a completely indipendent villa, suitable for 10 up to 18 persons, in the Chianti Senese district, immersed in a large, well tended park (6000 m2) with lawns and plants, completely fenced in and accessible through a large automatic gate.
The villa has a swimming pool (mt 6x12) a paved sunbathing area, a shady area with tables, chairs and everything else needed to relax.
Technical description: The villa has three indipendent eintrances two of them are situated a first floor and one is situated at ground floor.
First Floor
Entering from 1st floor there are a living room with upholstered sofas, satellite tv, dvd player.This living room is communicating with a smaller living room with upholstered sofas used as reading and playing area equipedd also with a stereo.The dining area is furnished with a big wooden table where 18 guests can be seated
The kitchen is equipped with fireplace, refrigerator, dish washer,oven, microwave oven, cooking stove, espresso and american coffee machines.Near to the kitchen there is a small store-room where there are two more refrigerators.
Furhter at the 1st floor there are 2 double bed rooms with double bed, one of this is with a baldachin.Further there are a bathroom with shower and whirlpoolbath tub , 3 bed rooms with twin beds and 2 bath rooms with shower.
Ground Floor
At ground floor there are 1 double bedroom with double bed, 1 double bed room with twin beds, 1 single bed room , 1 bath room with shower and 1 living room with upholstered sofas, satellite tv and fireplace.There is a small store-room used as laundry with a washing machine .
Final cleaning: minimum €.200,00 -over 10 guests €20,00 per person
Electricity and gas (the considers also evtl. heating) are charged by consumption
On arrival is requested a deposit of €. 1000,00
