The beautiful vacation villa is located about 6 km distant from Olbia in the north/east of Sardinia at Putzolu and suitable for up to 2-6 persons.
The holiday villa with private swimming pool is situated on countryside, 10 minutes from the port and airport and near the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda and the east coast.
The villa is surrounded by a large garden with Mediterranean arbutus, myrtle and olive trees. From the covered terrace and form the garden you have a 360 ° panorama of the sea, Gulf of Olbia and Tavolara.
The villa is divided as following:
On the ground floor there you can find the living room, another living room, a well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Outside is a patio and barbecue and shower with hot/cold water. The very large garden is fully fenced. The villa is equipped with alarm system varied between plans. Connected to the small villa is an annexe where a housekeeper lives ( is an attache') who takes care of the garden, vegetable garden and keeps an eye of the property day and night.
On the second floor there are 2 double bedrooms with double bed, a bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower, 1 double bedroom (with twin beds or queen) as well as 2 bathrooms with shower and toilette.
All rooms have air conditioning.
A beautiful place to spend a vacation in a well furnished vacation villa with pool close to the beach in one of the most beautiful areas of Sardinia.
