Villa Signorelli is nestled in the rolling hills of the “ crete senesi”, the clay region in the heart of Tuscany, 34 km south of Siena , a territory rich in history and incredibly beautiful landscapes and dates back to the 17th century.It was originally restored in 1802 and than again, restored and modernized to its final state, from 1995 to 2000.The villa is part of the “ Fattoria “, a large farm spanning 212 hectars ( 524 acres) and is owned by a sienese family , descendant of the famous and noble 15th century family, notable bankers, notaries and theologians of Siena.
The Villa with its own olive groves and vineyards, is half an hour’s drive away from the famous artistic and historic towns of Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Cortona and the celebrated abbeys of Monte Oliveto Maggiore and Sant’Antimo and it is within a stone’s trow of the famous wine regions producing Chianti Classico, Brunello and Vino Nobile.
The Villa, with its own private swimming pool from which the views are particularly spectacular stretching the eye as far as Siena and Monte Amiata, offers relaxing and intimate stay in a luxuriously refine atmosphere.
Next to the Villa there is a smaller annex-house, a traditional brick building typical of the region, once used as a farm out building, but now beautifully converted into a self contained apartment.
The Villa can accommodate a maximum of 19 persons or, in conjunction with the annex-building , a maximum of 23 persons.
Technical description:
At the ground floor : there are the main eintrance with an office area with facilities for Internet connectiion, a living room with couches, stereo, satellite TV, dvd player, fireplace, a kitchen all equipped with fridge, ice maker, oven, american coffee machine, espresso coffee maker., a large dining room with fireplace, and another smaller dining room.
Always at ground floor there are 1 double bed room with bathroom with shower idromassage., 1 double bedroom with disable facilities with bathroom with shower, 1 single room with bathroom with shower.
On first floor: there are 3 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with tub, 2 triple bedroom with bathroom with shower.
Every double bedrooms can be prepared with a double bed or with twin beds, every bedroom has a mini bar and telephone.
In the annex-building there are a kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, iron facilities and washing machine, a small living room , 2 double bedrooms with telephone, 2 bathrooms with bathtub.

The price showed on price list is for the use of the main villa with 8 bedrooms.
The main Villa is reaching therefore a total of 16 people: taxes, electricity, gas for kitchen , water, linen ( for beds, bathrooms and kitchen) changed weekly, maid service with change of bath linen twice a week, the use of the swimming – pool with beach umbrella and deck-chairs, final cleaning, wireless internet access.
The weekly renting fee of the annex (4 people ) is Euro 1.790,00 in low season, Euro 2.390,00 in the medium season and Euro 2.640,00 in high season and it is rented exclusively with the villa.
