The price include one cleaning service a week (Wednesday), the final cleaning as well as a property/estate manager who will meet guests on arrival to help them get settled in and will be available for urgent help or assistance. As well as electricty, heating, air-conditioning, pool cleaning are included in the rental rate. On arrival, guests will find the villa stocked with a selection of soft drinks and water, breakfast items such as tea, coffee, sugar, cereals, milk, butter, cheeses, fruit and fresh bread.


A refundable deposit of Euro 3000 is required upon arrival
