With its 9 rooms, each individually decorated in warm rich colors, the Villa is an authentic Umbrian jewel offering peace and tranquility in a environment far removed from everyday care.
The extensive private grounds surrounding the luxury villa provide privacy, as well as making it ideal for walkers and nature lovers, wishing to explore the surrounding woodland and nature reserve.
The villa sleeps up to 18 people and can be rented as a unique villa or separately in 3 apartments and one luxury romantic suite in the cottage.

Each apartment is furnished and decorated in a luxury style and has its own fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry. All the bedrooms have their own individual color schemes and are of a good size with excellent facilities and magnificent views.

Tramonti - 180 square metres - has two king bedrooms, one twin bedroom and 3 bathrooms. (sleeps 6 and comfy seating for 12)

Alba - 180 square metres - has 3 twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. (sleeps 6 and comfy seating for 8)

Olivo- 130 square metres - has 2 king bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. (sleeps 4 and comfy seating for 6)

Tiglio - 35 square metres - is an independent luxury suite with ensuite bathroom and all comforts of a modern 5 stars hotel room (including frigo-bar).

Each apartment has washing machine / dishwasher / fridge/ lcd TV / DVD player / CD player / ipod speakers/ wireless internet broadband / air conditioning / hairdryer / baby cot and child’s high chair / heating (on request and usage payable locally).
