Villa Salina is a two storey stone villa, restored down to the finest detail and in the typical Tuscan style. It includes all comforts for guests. This 2 floor villa has a capacity for upt to 20 people (18 + 2).
The villa is located in the hilly landscape of Tuscany, close to Guardistallo and about 20 Km distant from the sea.
The Villa is divided as following:
Ground floor:
two kitchens, 2 bedrooms with bathrooms that can accommodate the handicapped, 1 separate bathroom for common use situated into hill side, 2 communicating lounge rooms, two fire place, a dining room, Kitchenette/reading room.
First floor:
there are 2 separate areas. The first one has 3 bedrooms, each with own bathroom. There is a small sitting room off one of the bedrooms. Access to this area can be via internal or external stairs. The other and separate side of the first floor has 4 spacious bedrooms each with bathroom.
In total the Villa has 9 bedrooms and one bedrooms with single beds, which can be reached through another bedroom. There are 10 bathrooms.

A 3 Km dirt road leads to the Villa. The Villa is located very peacefully and beautiful in the hilly landscape of the area, about 20 Km distant from Cecina.
