This beautiful Villa is located close to the lake Trasimeno and offers space for up to 16 persons. The interiors of the bed- and bathrooms are very comfortable and beautiful. There are 7 comfortable bedrooms, each with own bathroom. 2 of the bedrooms have a connecting door to another bedroom.
All the bedrooms have a separate entrance and most ofthem also a private terrace. All the bedrooms have air condition.
The property consists of a main building and an annex building, which is about 30-40 metres distant from the main villa.
The main Villa is divided as following:
Ground floor:
There is a double bedroom with double bed and fireplace an down bathroom with shower and a connecting door to a second double bedroom, also with double bed an down bathroom with shower. The bathroom of this bedroom is handicapped-friendly.
There is another double bedroom with double bed, own bathroom with shower and a separate bathtub in the bedroom. Also this bedroom has a connecting door to another double bedroom with double bed and own bathroom with shower.
All these four bedrooms have an own, separate entrance. In 2 of the bedrooms there can be added a bedcouch for one more person.
On the ground floor of the main villa there is also a breakfast room with kitchenette with a big fridge and dishwasher, toaster and microwave and direct access to a terrace. Further more there is a separate WC.
First floor:
On the first floor there is another double bedroom with double bed with own bathroom with shower and a separate bathtub in the bedroom and exit to a small terrace; another double bedroom with double bed and own bathroom with shower and finally a third double bedroom with double bed with own bathroom with shower. In this last bedroom wooden stairs lead to the double bed on the first floor of the Suite.
Also all the bedrooms on the first floor have each a separate entrance.
Annex building:
The annecx building oft he property is about 30-40 metres distant from the main villa. There is another kitchen with dishwasher, oven, and a living room with dining table, couches, Sat-TV and fireplace. Finally there is also another bathroom with shower and a room with washing machine and dryer.
The pool of the property is 6x12 metres large.
The beautiful position of the Villa, being so close to the Lake Trasimeno and the nice furnishing oft he bed- and bathrooms make this Villa to an ideal place for a relaxing vacation in Umbria, very close to Tuscany.
