A beautiful Villa in the south of Tuscany, close to the next beach, with private garden and meravilious sea view. The Villa is divided in 2 floors and suitable for up to 10 persons.
At the groundflorr there is a simple kitchen with direct access to the terrace, Further more on the groundfloor hter is a dining and living area, also with direct access to the garden with sea view, a double bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.
At the first floor there are 4 more bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds, which can be connected and other 2 double bedrooms with double bed. Further more there is a bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower, which is a private bath of one of the bedrooms. From all the bedrooms there is direct acces to the garden or at least to a little balcony.
The Villa is beautifully located and offers much privacy, being separted by much green from the houses in the neigbourhood. In the garden there is a terrace and guests will appreciate the godgeous sea view from here.
Surely a great choice for a beautiful vacation at the sea in the south of Sardinia.
