Villa Poggio Antico is a historical and romantic estate on the slopes of Pratomagno and is located in the center of the triangle Florence - Arezzo - Siena in the Chianti region. It offers an ideal starting point for interesting trips in the region. The small, charming hotel has 10 elegant doublerooms and 2 apartments. The fascinating landscape, the beautiful garden with swimmingpool and the typical Tuscan hospitality offer best prerequisites for a successful stay.

The Villa
The villa is an elegant building from the XVII century. The swimmingpool, a former old reservoir for water, fits in perfectly with nature. The old granary has been converted into a small conference room. On the property is also a small chapel, where wedding ceremonies can take place. Subsequently, in the estate romantic honeymoon could be spent.

The Guestrooms
Villa Poggio Antico has ten doublerooms and two apartments. Three doublerooms on the top floor can be connected to an apartment for six persons. Also on the first floor it is possible to connect two doublerooms creating an apartment for five persons. All rooms have private, new bathrooms, a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, a telephone, a tv and a safe.
Three rooms are without air conditioning due to artistic and historical obligations. The rooms impress by the pleasant mix of elegant furnishings, antiques and handmade objects by local artists.

The Apartments
The villa includes also two independent buildings: a two-room apartment with two beds and a "barn", typical of the Tuscan landscape, with four beds. Each apartment has air conditioning, television, safe, living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.

Breakfast, daily cleaning and linen change are included in the prices. On request are available personal chef, cooking courses, baby sitting and laundry service.
