Villa Pinnacolo, suitable for 5-16 people, is situated a few kilometers away from San Gimignano nestled in the quiet green hills of the Chianti region. This exceptional holidayvilla is located in a medieval tower which was restored at the highest standard and offers all modern comforts. The proximity to wellknown art and cultural cities, like Siena or Florence, invites to interesting excursions. The beautiful garden with private swimming pool is an ideal place for recreation and relaxation in a timeless landscape of Tuscany.
The villa is divided as following:
The holidayvilla extends over three levels. On the basement is the kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, fireplace and dishwasher. From the kitchen leads into the dining room with direct access to the terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view over the surrounding vineyards and forests. On this level there are also a comfortable living room with satellite TV and a separate toilet.
On the first floor of the villa is the sleeping area. There is a double bedroom with two single beds which can be put together. Next to this bedroom, over the corridor is a bathroom with shower. In addition, this level houses a further double bedroom with two single beds which will be used as a double bed and another double room with double bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, which is on the small corridor. Both bedrooms have a lockable door and the bathroom is entered through a separate door. On this floor there are four further double room with double bed each with private bathroom with shower.
The second floor houses a beautiful double room with double bed and private bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a small lounge with fireplace. A small wooden staircase leads to the top of the tower, where is a further comfortable seating.
The ideal location of the holiday villa, in the heart of Tuscany, offers great conditions for a relaxing holiday.
