This charming 17 th Villa tucked away in the enchanting Tuscan countryside makes part of a renowned estate producing wines and olive oil and supply other apartments with its own privacy for rent.
The historical villa is particularly well suited for couples and small groups that love art and that seek a vacation entwined with quirky and richly detailed historical heritage of 17 th century Villa.
The villa is sorrounded by woods, vineyards, olive groves and italian-style garden enriched with fountains, statues and lemon trees.
Technical Description:
The hall eintrance with a corridor full of paintings brings to the magnificient frescoed dining room where 22 persons can be seated .
At this floor there are 1 double bedroom with double bed , 1 bathroom with tub and big mirorr and a wonderful view., 1 library-studio with wi-fi internet access, and small living room with satellite tv,1 laundry-store room with wi-fi internet access., 1 double bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower, 1 suite double bedroom with baldachin double bed and bathroom with shower.
On the second floor there are 1 twin bedroom with two single beds and 1 bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor at garden floor there is a big salon with a fabolous view with sofas , fireplace, stereo installaton and billiard area and another big salon with fireplace and piano and many pictures of the owner family. Further more there is a kitchen fully equipped with fridge, electric oven, freezer and other kitchen electric appliances, 3 guests bathrooms, 1 with shower and 2 extra toilets.
Outdoor: there is a lovely italian style garden with a raised pool 10x 6 - deep 2 mt, reachable by wooden stairs, with a small corner, equipped with upholstered cushions, other leisures available are ping pong table and boccia game.The villa does not have central heating and for this reason it is rented only until the month of October.
