This Villa is located only 6 kilometres distant from Castellina in Chianti and not far from Siena and Florence. It is a nice place to pass a beautiful vacation in the hilly landscape of the Chianti area in Tuscany.
The Villa is divided as following:
On the ground floor thre is a living area with Sat-TV, a dining area, a kitchen with direct exit, a big fridge, american coffee machine and dishwasher
On the first floor there is another living area with fireplace and direct access to a Loggia with stairs, leading on the outside to the courtyard of the Villa. Further more there are three double bedrooms with double bed, each with own bathroom with shower, another double bedroom with 2 single bed with bathroom with shower next door.
All the bedrooms on the first floor have air condition.
A part of the Villa is also a Dependance, about 50 metres distant from the main house: There is a double bed, a kitchenette and a living area.
The Villa has a beautiful pool and a nice courtyard. From the courtyard steps lead further down to a nice barbecue outside-dining-area.
