The Villa Paganini is a farm house originally build ed in 1790 year and refurbished in 2009. The Villa is situated about 17 km distant from Cecina and about 22 km form the coast and it is plunged in Tuscan countryside surrounded by green hills.
The Villa is divided as following:
On the ground floor there is a living room with flat screen TV, a beautiful, very well equipped kitchen with fire-place, a large dining room with large dining table and direct access to the terrace.
Furthermore there is on the ground floor a double bedroom with double bed and cloak-room, en suite bathroom with shower.
On first floor there is a double bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with twin beds and en suite bathroom with shower and another large bedroom with double bed, en suite bathroom with tub.
All bedrooms are with SAT-TV and telephone.
The entire property is fenced with an barrier, the pool (12 per 6 meters) is additionally fenced for children safety. Approximately 200 meters form the Villa is a side street however with not much traffic.
The garden which surrounds the villa is directly accessible from all the ground floor rooms including one downstairs bedroom in the small apartment.
The villa is located very peacefully, surround by greenery and fields. The villa includes all comforts for its guests. It is an ideal place for everybody who want to pass e peaceful vacation in Tuscany, not so far from the sea, but also close enough to important villages in the are to combine culture and relaxation.
