Villa Ottaviano is situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, about 50 km from Florence. The Villa is located in the picturesque Tuscan hills near Montaione and is surrounded by an estate of 84 ha composed of forests, pine forests, olive groves and vineyards.
The property is excellently situated. The most interesting cities in Tuscany like Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca are reachable in a half day or day trip. There is much to visit in the surrounding are and the Villa is an ideal starting-point for exploring and enjoying Tuscany and the coast in about 80 km distance.
The house offers place for up to 10 persons and is divided as following:
- five double bedrooms: 4 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with twin beds - all with panoramic views; 3 of them have private bathrooms and air conditioning
- a shared bathroom for the remaining two rooms;
- living room of 70 mq with views of the countryside due to the large and bright windows;
- small living room of 20 mq with satellite TV;
- well equipped kitchen, over 20 mq, with oven, gas stove, fridge, freezer and dishwasher
The pool of the estate is 13 x 6 metres large and is situated next to the Villa.
The Villa is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany.
