Villa Odissea is a beautiful located property for up to 24 persons. There are 2 houses, rent together as one property to larger groups. The first house consists in four apartments which sleeps from 2 to 6 people. Further more there is an independent villa, which sleeps up to ten people. They have all been painstakingly restored by local craftsmen, thanks to the vision and flair of its owner.

The houses are divided as following:

The Villa of the property: At the ground floor there ias a living area with fireplace and direct access to the garden and a well equipped kitchen with dining table. Stairs lead to the first floor from the kitchen: There is a living area that leads to the bedrooms. There is a double bedroom with double bed and own bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with double bed and own bathroom with bathtub., a third double bedroom with single beds, a double bedroom with double bed. The last 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub.

Next to the villa there is a small stonehouse with a Pizzaoven and room with washing machine.

The house with the four apartments is divided as following:

First apartment: 2 persons:
There is a small lving area with dining table and kitchenette. Small stairs lead to the open first floor: There is a double bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.

Second apartment:
There is a large living area with kitchenette, dining table and couches. Further more there is a double bedrooms with double bed, a bathrooms with bathtub – and an open gallery with a double bedroom with 2 single beds. There is no door to close between the stairs and the ground floor from this gallery with the single beds.

Third apartment:
There is a living area with kitchenette, fireplace, dining table and chairs. Further more there is a double bedroom with double bed and own bathroom with bathtub and a second double bedroom with double bed and own bathroom with bathtub.

Fourth apartment:
On the first floor: There ias a living area with kitchenette, fireplace and dining table. Stairs lead to the next floor. There is a double bedrooms with double bed and a third bed and one other double bedroom with double bed. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub and a separate shower.
All the partments have their own outside area. In front of the house there is also enough space to come together for all the guests of the property.

There is a large swimming pool (15x 7m) and a barbecue set amidst the beautifully laid out gardens. The owners are pride on maintaining close contact with nature and on trying to have an impact as low as possible on the environment. In this respect the villas have been restored using natural materials such as wood, stones and tiles. The herbs, fruits and vegetables are organically grown. The guests are invited to have a respectful attitude toward the environment by recycling waste, saving water and electricity. Speaking of electricity: they are working on a project to convert the traditional system by using alternative energy sources such as biomass, wind and solar power.

Once a week a biologist comes and guides our guests through the organically grown herb garden, where they will learn about the magic of herbs to be used for culinary as well as health purposes. Afterwards they can all prepare lunch with the freshly picked herbs and vegetables. Whilst enjoying the meal you can learn about the importance of eating healthily and of adopting a natural lifestyle! The gorgeous surrounding woods invite people to take walks through paths which we have signposted them, giving everybody the opportunity to breathe the fresh pure air and to enjoy the beauty of nature.

The property is a medieval hamlet that hugs the slopes of the Pratomagno hills. It is well situated for Florence, Siena and Arezzo being only an hour away by car.
It is 650 metres above sea level and sits in a commanding position with a breathtaking view over the Arno Valley below and the rolling green Chianti Hills.
