This Villa is one of the most exclusive villas in Lucca territory. It's origin dates back to 1600, owned in the past by a noble Florentine family.
The villa is disposed on four levels, and has a surrounding park of 7 hectares that includes a lake, a tennis court and a forest where it is possible to take pleasant walks.
Technical Description :
At the ground floor there is the entrance, a large living room with sofas and armchairs, a studyroom, a music/reading room, a kitchen and a bathroom.
At the underground level there is a large dining room with a table where 20 persons can seat, and the main kitchen, very well equipped. Further there is a direct exit to a smaller courtyard.
At the first and a smaller second floor there are: seven double bedrooms with en suite bathroom: 3 bedrooms have bathroom with shower and 4 bedrooms have shower and tub, every bedroom is furnished with precious antiques .
Separately to the villa there is a building where are situated a gym area,cabins/ sauna /showers and a small bar adjacent to the swimming pool. The swimming pool can be heated on demand
All the double bedrooms are with double beds, but on demand they can be offered as twins with two separate beds. Every bedroom is airconditioned and has a safe.
The villa has also an internal lift , a night guard service, a small golf practice court, a tennis court, and WI-FI at the property and telephone.

The prices include house linen, electricity and water. A refundable deposit of € 2500 is required upon arrival.
Staff is usually composed by 2 people, but another one can be request.
Further more the staff and the following services are included in the weekly rental charge: they provide general housekeeping duties. They live inside the Villa. Plus the gardener man-pool maintenance.
