The Villa Nespolo is situated in the Val di Chiana, only minutes from the historic town of Lucignano. Other typical Tuscany towns like Siena, Florence, San Gimignano and Montepulcano could be reached in a half day trip or day trip. The villa, a traditional Tuscan farm house form the 1700's has been recently restored.
On the ground floor of the villa there was a storage of whine, olive oil and local farm products. Today the ground floor is complete empty. The accommodation is located on the first floor of the Villa, divided in 3 separate apartments and offer place for up to 8 persons.
Technical description of the villa:
All apartments are located on the upper floor of the Villa and are connected. They are equipped as follows:
The first apartment offer place for up to two persons. There is a kitchenette, a living area, a double bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.
The second apartment offer also place for up to two persons. There is a kitchenette, a living area, a double bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.
The third apartment offer place for up to 8 persons. There is a large kitchen, a double bedroom with double bed, a double bedroom with twin bed, as well as a bathroom with shower.
All three apartments have access to a Loggia, witch is equipped with large dining table.
On the ground floor, at the entrance, there is a covered terrace, witch is usable for all.
The Pool, 12 x 6 meters, is about 30 meters distance to the House.
The house offers all amenities for a pleasant and relaxing vacation in attractive location, with fantastic view into nature.
