The villa Nerici is situated in the hills of northern Tuscany between Lucca and Camaiore in Versilia. Lucca can be reached in about 15 minutes very well, as well as the locations of the Versilia Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore, Marina di Pierasanta or Forte dei Marmi are within a short time with the car. Other Tuscan towns like Pisa and Florenz can be reached in a day trip.

There is a well equipped kitchen with, dishwasher, oven, large refrigerator, SAT-TV and stereo. Even from the kitchen the villa has and direct access to the loggia. Furthermore there are one double bedrooms with double bed, one double bedroom with twin beds and next door two bathrooms with shower. The villa has also an additional small room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The first floor is divided as follows:

The pool of the Villa is 6 x 4 meters.
