The villa is located in the province Pisa with Morrona, only 40 km from Pisa.
The villa lies on a big property, and offers enough place for a relaxed vacation with the family or friends.
The house and the swimming-pool is embedded by cypresses, an oaken wood, wild vineyards and olive groves and offers a wonderful look in the surrounding nature.

The Azienda produces an excellent wine and an excellent olive oil and offers also the possibility to go hunting in the hunting ground of the company.

Finally, there is still a smaller living area with television with SAT TV and another bathroom with shower.
The pool of the villa (7 x 14m) lies behind to the house and rounds the holiday's offer very well.
