This beachfront holiday villa is located near at the 4 km long La Cinta Beach of San Teodoro in the north of Sardinia. The location is about 700 m distant from the town center of San Teodoro and about 25 km south of Olbia Costa-Smeralda-Airport. Villa Laura is one of tree almost identical beachfront villas which have been renovated and newly furnished in winter of 2009.

There is a living and dining room with kitchenette, a bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a doublebed and the other one with two singlebeds. There is also a beach front patio and a rear yard garden with parking.
It is a very unique location for Sardinia, a holiday home nearly the white sandy beach and for that ideal for guests who wish to be close to the sea, like beachlovers o wind and kite surf enthusiasts.
