Villa Molarini is located in the beautiful landscape of Tuscany near Monte San Savino. The villa is ideally located to visit Tuscany’s most interesting sites and cities easy, Siena, Arezzo, Florence and Pisa can be reached in a half day or in day trip very well.
The Villa has been restored and is surrounded by a nice garden, it is a beautiful place to pass a holiday for up to 8 persons in the Tuscany landscape.
The Villa is divided as follows:
On the ground floor there is the entrance hall, a large living room with dining area, sitting area and an open fireplace. The dining area has a direct access to a terrace. The terrace of the villa is an ideal place to relax in the afternoon or to enjoy a good glass of vine with family or friends in the evening. As well as is perfect to dining outside or to spend undisturbed one's time. On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen with fireplace, the large windows offer a breathtaking view into the garden and the surrounding countryside . Furthermore there are a storage and laundry room, one bathroom with bathtub and hand held shower as well as a TV room.
On the middle floor there is a sitting room with large windows and one double bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The mezzanine floor can be reached by an independent access.
On the first floor there are one double bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub and a hand held shower, a double bedroom with twin beds and en suite bathroom with shower. Furthermore there is a double bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub, shower and double basin.
The swimming pool is only a few steps away from the villa (about 50 meters). The large garden, in which the private pool is located, offer a splendid view in the Tuscan landscape.
Furthermore the is a vegetable garden with aromatic herbs at the clients disposal.
The ideal location of the holiday villa, in the heart of Tuscany, offers great conditions for a relaxing holiday.
The proximity to well known art and cultural cities, like Siena or Florence, invites to interesting excursions. The beautiful garden with private swimming pool is an ideal place for recreation and relaxation in a timeless landscape of Tuscany.
The villa is offered with an housekeeping staff that works 4 hours per 6 days and a gardener (the gardener and the housekeeper live in a separate part of the house but they do not interfere the privacy of the villa).
The villa offer a satelite internet with wifi connection throughout the house in addition to the two satelite TV with full sky programmes.
