Villa Mirabeau is located in Provence, only a few kilometers away from Aix-en-Provence. There are 2 houses on the property, the old country house from the 17th century and the guest house. They are rent together as one Villa for groups up to 16 persons.
The estate is entirely enclosed and surrounded by a typical Provencial garden (approximately 10.000 m2). The villa has two swimming pools and from the garden you have a beautiful view over the landscape, the village of Couteron and, of course, the Sainte Victoire mountains.
The area offers opportunities for walking, riding, antique shopping and visiting traditional food markets, medieval hill towns and historic cities such as Avignon and Aix-en-Provence. Other interesting cities like Marseille, Nice, Saint-Tropez and Grasse are also easily to reach in a day trip.
The villa offers enough space for up to 16 persons and has 8 bedrooms.
Technical description of the Villa:
Main house:
The furnishing of the bedrooms in the main villa is simple but nice and practical.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. From the living room with small bar and open fireplace you get to the dining room. From the ground floor you can attain the terrace and the garden.
Furthermore there is a double bedroom with double bed and en suite - bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as a separate toilette.
On the first floor there is one double bed room with an attic without bathroom, as well as two double bedrooms with double beds which share a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Furthermore you can find a double bedroom with double bed and a small bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are without toilet, upstairs there is only toilet to share.
Outside the main house there is a very nice terrace with an outdoor kitchen equipped with gas grill and ice machine, as well as a beautiful swimming pool.
The guest house:
On the ground floor of the guest house there are three bedrooms with double bed and en suite - bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet as well as flat screen TV (one bathroom has a smaller tub than the other). From all rooms you can attain the garden.
On the first floor there is a large room with bar and open fireside as well as a couch, a billiard table, a soccer table and a large play area. All of the rooms are air-conditioned.
Outside there is a large swimming pool (17x 6 meters) and a pool house with barbecue, plancha, stone sink, refrigerator-freezer, lounge chairs, cushions, deck chairs, teak shower and pool toys.
The villa is an ideal place to enjoy a very special time in Provence with your family or friends.
