This beautiful Villa fulfils highest standards and is outstanding. Embedded in a beautiful private park with old trees and fountains it offers a peaceful, timeless and completely relaxing atmosphere.
The Villa sits on 7 acres of formal walled garden. There is approx 10,000sq ft of inside space which includes the cantina and the six car garage so probably approx 8000sq ft of usable space.
The Villa is on 3 levels and has 4 of the 6 bedroom suits. Each bedroom suite has its own bathroom and 3 of the 6 also have sitting rooms which have day beds so can be used for children. The main house has the formal dining room, the breakfast room, the TV room, the library, the study, the sun room and roof deck.
There is then a cantina underground which connects the house to the dependence which has 2 further bedroom suites and the orangery and cinema room.
There is an outdoor living room, dining area, bar, fireplace and pizza oven at the pool and a gym, steam bath and bathroom/pool changing room.
Finally there are several terraces: A back Terrace with the first outdoor dining area, the sunset drinks terrace with a bar, the Pergola with the second outdoor dining area.
The gardens, as mentioned, are 7 acres of formal gardens which include a fruit orchard, olive grove, vegetable garden, a Renaissance natural spring, rose garden, secret walk around the property, Japanese garden, 75m laburnum archway, a Victorian fountain, and a coy carp fountain in the top garden.
The Villa is offered with 5 full time staff: 1 very recommendable cook, - who satisfies high standards and who is well appreciated for his Pasta, soup and pizza as specialities - 1 maid, 1 butler, 1 gardener, and 1 house manager.
