Technical description of the Villa
On the ground floor there is a large living room with dining table and open fire, as well as a very good equipped kitchen. Furthermore there is a double bedroom with double bed and a double bedroom with twin bed as well as a bathroom with bathtub.
On the ground floor there is a relax room with a jacuzzi for up to 4 persons (active only during spring and autumn).
From the relax room goes an access to the terrace and the garden, this are perfect places for a breakfast or a lunch outside or to enjoy the peacefulness of the Tuscan countryside.
On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms with double bed, as well as 2 bathrooms with tub and toilet and 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. Furthermore there is a large living/dining room with access to a small terrace which offer splendid views in the Tuscan landscape.
The areas around the swimming-pool (6x12 meters), planted with olive trees, offer separate private areas of varying relation to the water, sun and nature.
Furthermore there is a second Jacuzzi in the garden, with remains open during the warm month.
The villa offers all amenities for a pleasant and relaxing vacation in attractive location, with fantastic view into nature.
