Villa Luisella is a luxury stone country house with a swimming pool situated on the hills of Cortona, less than 3,5 km away from Cortona centre. The Villa is surrounded by a wide park. From the Villa and swimming pool you have a breathtaking view of Cortona, the Chiana Valley and Trasimeno Lake.
The villa offer place for up to 6 persons and has 3 bedrooms.
Technical desciption:
On the ground floor, there is a comfortable sitting, a modern kitchen, fully equipped with microwave oven and dishwasher and a dining room with direct access to the garden.
On the first floor, there are two double rooms, one twin room and one bathroom with a shower. One of the two double bedrooms is a very spacious and bright room with a private bathroom and Jacuzzi.
A wide garden and large swimming-pool are at the guests' disposal in the surrounding area as well as is a barbecue area for outdoor cooking (also pizza oven).
The car-park is located within the property. You can reach the Villa via a country road that is not suitable for sports cars.
Next to the main house there is a dependence annexe which can by used exclusive by the guests of the villa. The dependence offer a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom (this building is not accessible to disabled persons).
Villa Luisella is the ideal starting point for long walks or bike rides in the quiet mountains of Cortona (Mount Saint Egidio), day trips to artistic towns in Umbria and Tuscany such as Siena, Arezzo, Perugia and Florence.
There are also nearby tennis courts.
