Villa Lo Verde is situated in the hills of Tuscany near the town Lucca. Lucca can be reached in about 20 minutes by car very well, as well as the locations of the Versilia Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore, Marina di Pietrasanta or Forte dei Marmi are within a short time with the car. Other Tuscan towns like Pisa and Florenz can be reached in a day trip.

On the first floor there is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave and an American coffee machine.
The kitchen has a direct access to a large terrace. The large terrace of the villa is an ideal place to relax in the afternoon or to enjoy a good glass of vine with family or friends in the evening as well as is perfect to dining outside or to spend undisturbed one's time.
The living room with fireplace offer a breathtaking view into the surrounding countryside as well as a direct access to the terrace.
Into the dining/sitting room there is a dining table for up to 6 persons and the room has also a direct access to the large terrace. Two huge glass windows into the dinging room offer a breathtaking view into the surrounding countryside.
As well as you can find a storage room and a laundry room. Furthermore there is a double bedroom with twin beds (not join able to a double bed) and a bathroom with shower. The bathroom has an access to the bedroom as well as to the corridor.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with twin beds (which can be easily add together to an double bed) with en suite bathroom with shower as well as a further double bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower.
The pool is only a few steps away from the villa and offer spectacular views into the Region of Lucca.
