In the heart of the Luberon in Provence, an exceptional environment facing Gordes and Roussillon on the site of the Bruoux ochres.
A beautiful Provencal-style farmhouse, built on the site of a former eleventh and twelfth century chapel on a 40,000 m2 enclosed property set among pine, oak and olive trees.
The large house and the swimming pool are surrounded by a large garden with lavender, rosmarin, pin and olive trees. The large estate (approx. 40,000) is fully enclosed with an electric gate and includes an alarm system.
The property includes a large 15x7 meter private swimming pool, fully secured by a hedge, enclosed by a safety gate fastened with a padlock. Alarm systems in the pool. Furthermore there is a pool-house with toilet and watering point and a shower outside. As well as you can find on the estate a tennis court, a playground for children with a swing set, a slide, seesaws (one for the youngest) and 2 sandpits, A ping pong table and garden football goals for children, too.
The large house is divided into 3 apartments.
Apartement 1:
The first apartment with approx. 180 m 2 lies on the front of the house an offer place for up to 6 persons. On the ground floor there is a double living room comprising one lounge with an antique fireplace and a TV area with a DVD player.
A large room at the garden level consisting of a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
This room opens into a large terrace covered with a shady pergola and with 3 tables/17 armchairs.
Furthermore there is a double bedroom with double bed with en suite bathroom at the garden level.
On the first floor there are one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), one bedroom with a king size bed, separable into 2 singles, (0.90 x 200 cm), one bathroom and two separate toilets.
Apartment 2:
The second apartment with approx. 90 m2 lies on the rear part of the house and offer place for up to 5 persons. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a lounge with seats, sofas and armchairs as well as a television area with a DVD player. Further there is a double bedroom with double bed, a separate shower room and a toilet.
On the first floor there are 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (2 of them are separable), a bathroom and a toilet.
Apartement 3:
The third apartment with approx. 90 m2 lies on the rear part of the house and offer place for up to 6 persons. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a lounge with seat, a lounge with seats, sofas and armchairs as well as a television area with a DVD player. Further there is a separate shower room and a toilet.
On the first floor there are a large double bedroom with double bed and single bed, one bedroom with 3 single beds (2 separable beds), a bathroom and a toilet.
On the rear part of the there is a large terrace with a shady pergola including 2 tables and 12 armchairs.
The Villa offers quiet and peaceful surroundings but is not isolated. It presents lots of privacy and yet is close to all facilities. Located in the exceptional site of the Bruoux ochres — a unique beauty spot in Europe that combines natural richness and historical heritage.
