Just outside a medioeval " Borgo", in a panoramic position there is a XVIII century typical farmhouse . This rustic house is developed in two floors.

On the ground floor there is a large room for entertaining, with fireplace, 2 sofas - that can become two sofa beds . and armchairs. Always at ground floor there are a loggia with barbecue and oven and a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there is a central sitting room with large fireplace, sofas and armchairs and a small satellite tv.

On the left there is a large kitchen / dining room fully equipped with all electrical appliances(toaster, american coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, elecric oven, fridge).

Always at first floor: there is a laundry with iron facilities, washing machine and cabin for clothes.

There are further: a double bedroom with baldachin , bathroom with bathtub , a bathroom with shower , a double bedroom with twin beds, a double bedroom with twin beds - that can be become on request a double bed -a bathroom with shower and a single bed room with bathroom with shower.

Outside the house there is spectacular view on the" crete senesi" and green hills.
Lavender bushes surround the private swimming pool and near there is wisteria "gazebo "with a table and chairs that offers to the guest a relaxing corner.

Confortable daybeds are spread along the pool to bask and relax under the sun . Parking places are in front of the house . High-quality fittings and furniture have been chosen with exquisite care to take advantage of the light and airy character of the building.

Villa XXX is a peaceful well decorated, comfortable rustic house that preserves its original "cotto" tiled floor, wooden beam ceiling, some of the windows glasses are original and are typical handmade.
