Technical description of the Villa
On the ground floor there is a large living room with couch and Sat-TV and a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
Furthermore there is a double bedroom with double bed and private access to the house as well as a bathroom with shower and toilette.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, two equipped with double bed and one with twin beds as well as a bathroom with shower and toilette.
In front of the Villa there is a beautiful terrace and the pool (6,2 x 11,5 meters). The Villa has a covered parking place, a barbecue and a winter garden.
The pool of the Villa is operated biological only if are high temperatures, a small amount of chlorine will be added. As well as the hot water and heating will be powered by solar technology.
The ideal location of the holiday villa, in the heart of Tuscany, offers great conditions for a relaxing holiday.
