This beautiful vacation home is located in the north of Sardinia close to Baia Sardinia. The Villa is part of a luxury hotel and the services of the hotel are at the disposition of the guests. This includes the use of the pool, of the beach and of the restaurant. The SPA can be used for an addtional cost.
The house is located on a hill close by the hotel, together with other 4 houses, which are also part of the hotel.

There is a living area with dining table, a separate kitchen and three double bedrooms with double bed and own bathroom with shower and one more separate wc. Further more there are two terracces, one in front and one behind the house.
From the house there is a beautiful view to the sea. The house is well equipped with Sat-TV, air condition and telefone in every bedroom.
It is a beautiful place to pass a vacation at the sea in one of the most exclusive areas of Sardinia.
