The vacation villa is situated in the beautiful green landscape of Perugia, not far from Gubbio. The beautiful countryside and the high standard of the villa offer fabulous possibilities for spending a relaxing vacation in one of the most beautiful areas of Italy.
The property consists in two Villas and both villas share the use of the swimming. The hole property covers 150 hectares of rich farmland that is used for the biological production of olive oil, wine, fruit, cereals and vegetables, free range farmyard animals and pastures for sheep and cattle.
The Villa boasts one river rock swimming pool with Jacuzzi for lazy days relaxing and sunbathing.
Villa Grana offer place for up to 19 persons and is divided as following:
Villa Casa
Villa Casa offer place for up to 13 persons and have 5 bedrooms. All bedrooms are on the first floor and have an en-suite bathroom. The villa has 3 three bedrooms with one double bed and one single bed as well as 2 double bedrooms with double bed.
On the ground floor there is a large professional equipped kitchen and a large dinning room.
Villa Sorge:
The small, stone made villa is surrounded completely by wood. Villa Sorge lies near the Villa Casa and can be reached through the garden.
The villa offer place for up to 6 persons. There you can find a small kitchen, a large living room with sofa bed and two large rooms each equipped with a double bedroom and a single bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and toilette.
This Villa is located beautifully amid a large private estate, well refurnished and providing comfortable accommodation for families and friends to enjoy a relaxing retreat in one of the most beautiful areas in Italy.
