Villa Franco is a typical tuscany country house of two floors.

Located in the Tuscany's country, Villa Franco is the ideal place to relax and rediscover the pleasures of life in contact with nature. At the foot of the Chianti, the Val d'Ambra territory takes on the name of the stream that runs through the valley before flowing into the Arno.
Here it is possible to breathe in the ancient scents of a longstanding rural cultural tradition, and enjoy being immersed in the green countryside, taking pleasant walks and crossing luxuriant hills. The ancient village of Ambra, originally a castle and now a small town, is just a stone's throw from the house. Owing to its vicinity to Siena, Arezzo and Florence, Villa Franco is an ideal starting-point for excursions to famous Tuscan art towns.
A wide garden and large swimming-pool are at the guests' disposal in the surrounding area, close to the sunflower fields. The sauna under the swimming-pool offers the chance to unwind and enjoy physical well-being. Next to the sauna, in the garden, there is a barbecue area for outdoor cooking. The car-park is located within the property. Trekking is possible with Mountainbikes in Tuscan arts towns and typical villages.
The ground floor of the villa is a spacious, bright open space, perfect for convivial gatherings, with a large living area with fireplace and a wide dining area. The kitchen is well equipped. Furnishings are rustic, with vintage furniture. Careful attention has been paid to every detail and guests can relax in company also thanks to the TV-set, DVD player and video recorder
The upper floor of the villa is refined and comfortable and offers great hospitality in the four double bedrooms, can give hospitality 10+2 persons.
Each bedroom is finely furnished and has an independent bathroom with shower and bath, and can include an additional bed. The largest room bathroom has a Jacuzzi whirlpool bath.
The temperature inside the house is adjusted and controlled through software, which guarantees a comfortable interior climate at all times. The heating is under floor and electric power is regulated by an intelligent system through which it is possible to cut off the current from the sockets for added safety in the presence of small children.
