Villa Françoise is located in Provence, only a few kilometers away from the small town Lorgues. The villa is ideally located to reach the most interesting cities like Nice, Monaco, Saint-Tropez in Provence, in a half- day trip or in a day trip.

Villa Françoise is a new- built stone house and is fully air-conditioned. It offers enough place for up to 10 persons. There are 5 bedrooms, each one is equipped with twin beds, safe and towel heaters.

Technical description of the villa:

On the ground floor of the villa there is a fully equipped open kitchen.
With refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher and American coffee machine.
Furthermore there is a large living room with open fire and SAT-TV with VCR and DVD player. From the living room a few steps lead to the dining room and open kitchen. From the kitchen and from the dining room you can exit to the covered terrace and the garden. From the terrace and the garden you have a wide view over the landscape.
On the ground floor there is also a large bedroom with open French doors to the garden, bathroom and separate toilet. On the ground floor you can as well find a separate toilet.

On the first floor you can find four bedrooms, each with shower room and toilet.
In front of the villa lies the salt water swimming pool (approx. 12m x 5m), 1-2 ms deep. From the pool you have a breathtaking view over the landscape of the Des Maures-Massive..

The large covered terrace in front of the Villa offers enough place for having dinner up to 10 persons. As it is strictly forbidden to make a fire outside from April 1st to Nov 1st, BBQ is not possible. Therefore is a large gas heated cooking plate for a save open air cooking.

In the large garden is a table tennis and a pétanque place available.
