Villa Fortunato is an antique farmhouse, lying on a hill 600 meters above sea level, overlooking the countryside.
The cities of the region of Umbria can easily be reached due to close by Highway A1(Highway of the Sun) which is connecting with Highway A14 (Adriatic Highway). The distance Rome-Perugia is 170 km.
The renovation works of the house were completed in 2005.
The building is divided into 3 holiday apartments which are rent together as one property. The beautiful countryside and the good standard of the villa offer the possibility to spend a relaxing holiday in one of the most beautiful areas of Italy.

Apartment 1
The apartment 1 is about 70 sq.m.and is located on the ground floor of the Villa. This apartment offer place for up to 4 persons. There are the living room with table, sofa bed and a open fireplace as well as a small kitchenette. Furthermore you can find 2 double rooms with double bed and one bathroom with shower and toilette.
Apartment 2
The apartment 2 is about 80sq.m. and is the largest of the villa. The apartment includes a living room with an authentic stone fireplace, a sofa bed, 2 double rooms with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower and toilette as well as a small kitchenette.
Apartment3
The apartment 3 is located on the 1st floor of the Villa.
The is about 50sq.m. and includes a kitchenette, a small living room, a bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed as well as a bathroom with bathtub and toilette.
The Villa has a nice garden with a private pool for the guests.
