Villa Flavoni is located on top of one of the most beautiful hills of Chianti, Italy. The Villa overlooks stunning valleys and offers breathtaking scenes to the guests of the countryside surrounding it. The Villa was originally built in the year 1000, and today, after a long period of restoration, it is a unique location with all the extra comforts needed for an unforgettable holiday.
The Villa is composed by two parts which are connected. The Old Tower section is completely restored with old brick flooring and an old wood ceiling and has all the very best of modern facilities. The Hay Barn section has been restored with a modern, contemporary look.
A nice garden, with lawns adorned with roses, jasmines and local plants and flowers, offers to our guests different areas to relax in privacy. There is also an infinity swimming pool with an annex Jacuzzi overlooking the amazing Chianti Valley, with its vineyards changing colors in different seasons and the beautiful San Gimignano's skyline in the distance, guarantee complete relaxation under the Tuscan sun.

Old Tower:
Main floor: two large living rooms with amazing arch windows looking out on the valley, one twin/double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a powder room.
First floor: One double bedroom with fireplace and a large double shower bathroom; one twin/double bedroom with en suite shower bathroom; and one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom; and a reading living room with large fireplace.
Second floor: A master bedroom with a double bed, a large tub and walk-in shower, and a large bathroom and change room.
Hay Barn:
Main floor : kitchen with all of the finest facilities ( 2 ovens, one microwave oven, double fridge, wine cellar, induction 8 burner range, double sinks, fast dishwasher) and a dining room with a long table; a laundry and powder room.
First floor: Two double bedrooms with en suit bathrooms.
Guest house at swimming pool level: loft with double bedrooms, shower bathroom, little kitchen and living room.
A/C in the whole villa and screens on all windows guarantee a cool and relaxing summer stay.
Barbecue in the garden and a parking lot for guests.
A 300 meters unpaved road leads you to the villa from the main road. The villa is about 3 kilometers from Barberino val d'Elsa village.
