Villa Fiorentino is located not far from Castiglion Fiorentino in the
area of Arezzo.
The Villa has been recently restored and is suitable for up to 9
persons. The house is divided in 2 apartments, which are rent together as one property.
The Villa has a beautiful 6 to 12 metres large pool. The Villa is perfect place to relax, but offers also the possibility to visit some of the loveliest cities in Tuscany, like Florence and Siena in day trips.
Technical description of the Villa
Apartment 1:
The first apartment is on the ground floor of the villa. There is a large
living room with sofa bed, open fireplace and a well equipped kitchen.
Further more there is a double bedroom with double bed an en-suite
bathroom, a double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with hydro
massage bathtub. Form the first floor you have direct access to the
garden.
Apartment 2:
The second apartment is on the first floor of the villa. There is a dining
room with direct access to a covered panoramic terrace.
Further more there is a double bedroom with double bed, a
bedroom with 3 single beds and one bathroom equipped with shower and toilet.
Outside there is a large garden and a nice infinity pool (6 x 12 metres)
Villa Fiorentino is a very good choice for everybody, who wants to enjoy a
beautiful vacation in a typical Tuscan country villa close to Arezzo in
Tuscany.
