Villa Fiorentina was originally a traditional Tuscan farmhouse which has been lovingly restored and furnished with the highest quality fixtures and fittings.
Much care has been taken to maintain original features such as the typical wooden beamed ceiling and the old external bread oven. It sleeps a maximum of 13 people. All bedrooms throughout have own TVs.
Description
The property is divided in a Main Building an an Annex-Building.
Main Building:
Ground Floor
Large kitchen with breakfast area, fully equipped with oven, microwave, two dishwashers, large fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fruit juicer, tableware and cooking equipment. Off the kitchen there is a utility room with additional fridge/freezer and some storage space, and a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Sun room, opening onto the swimming pool area, furnished with comfortable armchairs, pool table, flat screen satellite TV and DVD.
Dining room seating 12 people.
Large drawing room with open fireplace, comfortable sofas and armchairs, flat screen satellite TV and DVD, ipod and Bose music system, and computer with internet access.
First Floor
Three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms - all with bath and walk in shower -; one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom -bath only -; stairs to Tower - split level - with Master bedroom accessed via the large bathroom with large bath and double walk-in shower.
Annex-Building
Ground floor: Small sitting area with sofa, TV and DVD set, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table, storage room with washing machine, bathroom -shower only.
First floor: One double bedroom and one single bedroom, bathroom -shower only.
External areas
Between the main building and the annex runs an open terrace, where you will find a 12m x 7m (40’ x 23’) swimming pool with its own sun terrace and spa as well as an outdoor dining area with barbeque. The buildings are set in a private, enclosed garden featuring a large area of lawn with trees and attractive flower beds and a bocce -Italians bowls - court. Pool towels and sun loungers are provided.
There are electric gates for privacy and security.
