The Villa is divided as following:
At the ground floor there is a living area with fireplace, a dining area, another living area and a professional kitchen and a small laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Further more there is a separate WC, a double room with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower.
At the first floor there are four bedrooms, each with own bathroom with bathtub and a separate shower. Two of the bedrooms are with double bed, two of the bedrooms have each two single beds.
The Villa has a nice garden with a private pool for the guests and a beautiful terrace.
The Villa is a perfect place to relax in harmony with nature, being also not far from Rome, which is about 90 Km distant from the Villa. The sea also is about 90 Km distant.
