This Villa is located in the Chianti hills and nor far from Siena, offering a breathtaking view and a big and very beautiful garden. The Villa is a very nice retreat for a vacation in the heart of Tuscany for up to 13 persons. The stone houses of the property create a perfect atmosphere together with the garden with olive trees and cypresses.
The property consists in 4 buildings. Amongst those there is one main Villa and 3 annex buildings.
The first, smalles annex building has a single bedroom and bathroom with shower. There is also a washing machine in this building.
The second annex building is called Porcinaia: There is a living area with fireplace and flatscreen-Sat-TV, a double bedroom with double bed and own bathroom with shower. Further more there is a kitchenette with dishwasher and fridge. The annex building has air condition.
The third annex building is called Capanna: On the ground floor there is a living area with dining table and kitchenette with dishwasher, a flatscreen-Sat-TV. Further more there is a bathroom with shower. Wooden stairs lead to an open galery on the first floor with to single beds, which can be put together. The annex building has air condtion.

There is a winter garden, that is used as a beautiful dining area with a nice view to the garden. Here can easily sit 12 persons.
Further more on the ground floor of the Villa there is a fireplace, the entry with another couch, a double bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.
Further more there is a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, big fridge with icemaker, microwafe. Also from the kitchen there is a direct access to the garden.
On the first floor of the Villa there is a double bedroom with 2 single beds, which can also be connected and own bathroom with shower; another double bedroom with 2 single beds, which can also be connected with own bathroom with bathtub; a double bedroom with double bed and own bathroom with bathtub. The bedrooms on the first floor of the Villa have air condition. Also from the first floor stairs offer a direct access to the garden.
