This beautiful Villa is located close to Montepulciano in the Province of Siena, is part of a wine estate of the area and offers godgeous views over the hilly landscape. It is a beautiful place to pass a holiday for up to 18 persons. There is the main Villa for up to 12 persons and onother house close by the Villa for other 6 persons. If the main Villa is rented without the other house, this will not be rented to others to guarantee full privacy for the guests and also the exclusive use of the garden and the pool.
The main Villa for up to 12 persons is divided as following:
At the ground floor: There is a living room with fireplace, a kitchen with a dining table. From the living room there is a direct acces to the garden and to another room with billard table. Further more thre is a bathroom with shower and washing machine and another bathroom with shower.
At the first floor: There is a double bedroom with two single bed, a double bedroom with double bed and own bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower. Further more there is a bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom with two single bed, a double bedroom with double bed and a double bedroom with double bed with own bathroom with shower.
The second house of the property for up to 6 persons is divided as following:
At the ground floor: There is a living area, a kitchen, a separate WC.
At the first floor: There is a bathroom with bathtub with hydromassage, 2 double bedrooms with double bed and a third double bedroom with double bed with own bathroom with shower. , Further more there is a beautiful terrace on the first floor, offering a beautiful view over the hilly landscape of the area of Montepulciano.
The very well equipped garden of the Villa is very family friendly. There is the private pool of the property, which is 6x12 metres large. Further more there is a separate Whirpool for other 4 persons and a barbecue. There are 12 mountainbikes - some for adults, some for kids - provided at the property to the guests.
The Villa is a perfect place for families and bigger groups to pass a beautiful holiday in the south of Tuscany in one of the most famous Wine areas of Tuscany.
