Villa Elio is a small, but beautifully located Villa in the heart of Tuscany, offering best possibilities for excursisons to Florence, Siena and Arezzo and for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. The Villa is located close to Montevarchi and Mercatale ind the Province of Arezzo.
The Villa is divided as following:
At the ground floor there is a small living area with a couch and a ktichen with microwafe and a big fridge and a dining table. Further more there is a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with double bed, another second double bedroom with double bed and another third bed for an evtl. fifth person and a bathroom with shower.
In front of the vacation home there is a beautiful Loggia with dining table and the 5x11 metres large pool for the exclusive use of the guests.
It is an ideal location for a family or 2 couples to pass a relaxing holiday in the heart of Tuscany in Italy.
