This villa is located about 20-25 km distant from Cecina and the sea in Tuscany. Some of the most beautiful cities and villages in Tuscany like Siena, Florence, Lucca, San Gimignano and Pisa are not far far and can be visited in half-day or in daytrips. The villa offers perfect possibilities for a restful vacation between relaxating in the Tuscany landscape and a holiday in a good distance to tuscan coast.
Technical description of the villa
The villa is suitable for up to 12 persons and has 2 floors:
On the ground floor there is a lounge/dining room, a sitting room, 2 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with double bed and 1 twin bedroom, all with en suite bathrooms with shower and toilette. Further more there is also another toilet. The kitchen is fully furnished and contains many kitchen accessories and appliances like: gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and dishwasher.
On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms with double bed, all with own bathroom with shower and toilette.
The outside area of the Villa is weel furnished: There is a large terrace for outdoor dining and a 5 x 10 meters large pool.
The terrace offers a beautiful view into the tuscan landscape.
The tasteful furnishing of the Villa, the beautiful position of the vacation home and the proximity to the sea offer best conditions to pass an unforgettable vacation in Tuscany with family and friends.

If you stay for more than 1 week: after one week you can pay 10 Euro for each person and will receive new bed linen and towels for the second week, or you can pay other 200 Euro and will have a full cleaning of the Villa including change of bed linen and towels, bed- and bathrooms prepared.

Air condition is charged by consumption
The pool can be heated: the energy for pool heating is charged by consumption.
Water consumption: In case of water problems in the area the Society could fix a limit of water consumption considered included. Over this limit the consumption will be an extra cost to be paid at the end of the holiday period at the price 5,00 €/m3. We will calculate a sufficient amount of water to cover normal consumption for a normal holiday stay. This is to avoid water wastage.
