Villa Donizetti dates back to about 1780, converted in 1999 into a warm and charming country home.

The interiors throughout are wonderfully furnished with modern and traditional Tuscan pieces, keeping the original terracotta floors and beamed ceilings.

A beautifully maintained garden surrounds the house, ensuring complete privacy and leading down to a very large pool strategically positioned to enjoy the best view.

Technical description:

Ground floor

Entering the living room, there are a beautiful fireplace , upholstered sofas , Satellite Tv, telephone with fax facilities, video-house phone. The floor is made of old terracotta tiles, the ceiling in chestnut beams and bricks.

The large kitchen is well-equipped ( including American-style coffee maker, freezer,refrigerator with ice-dispenser, oven, dishwasher , and various electrical appliances ) with a fireplace and dining table which seat 14 guests . Adjacent to the kitchen there a furnished loggia with a large dining table for 12 guests and a functional barbecue.

At same floor, there is a lovely furnished bathroom with Jacuzzi hydromasssage tub .

A confortable corridor leads to a large garage, where it is also possible to find a stowe room , laundry facilities and a bathroom without toilet and bidet but with shower .

First floor:

There are 1 double bedroom with baldachin with a door leading to a large paved terrace overlooking the garden and the pool.

Further there are 1 double bed room with double bed and 1 double bedroom with twin beds , a studi with two additional twin beds overlooking the living room. All the bedrooms have a parquet floor, air- conditioned and mosquito screens.

The villa owns also a fitness-relax area with upholstered cushions , sauna and a bathroom with shower and fridge/freezer. The pool, 7x14 mt , is set in a position overlooking the valley and has a solarium area with lounge chairs where one can relax or take in the sun after a swim.
